Anniken Davenport
Anniken Davenport is a nationally recognized employment law expert. She is the author of thousands of articles on wage and hour law, Title VII, the FMLA, ADA and USERRA. Her employment law webinars regularly attract large audiences. Blending her experience as a teacher, trainer, and courtroom litigator, Anniken presents clear, easy-to-understand, and usable information to HR professionals.
Among her other credits, Ms. Davenport has authored a criminal law textbook now in its sixth edition and worked as a labor negotiator for both labor and management.
